マリ・シムルソン（Mari Simmulson）の赤い鳥について

マリ・シムルソン（1911～2000年）は、スウェーデンのウプサラエクヴィ社のために多くの名品をデザインしてきました。中でも最も有名な作品の一つが、1970年に発表された鳥のオブジェです。作品は陶器製で、ふっくらしたフォルムに濃い赤釉をかけ、モダンな雰囲気が特徴です。
